Orange county resident
OC Online Gun Certificate offers Sheriff-approved CCW certification for new and renewal applicants. California residents can complete the course online, with live firearm qualification proctored in Yorba Linda.
out of state resident
Non-California residents can now apply for a CCW through the Orange County Sheriff’s Department. Our online course helps you meet the required training—complete it at home once you’re approved to proceed.
Renewal students MUST provide a copy of the front and back of their CCW Permit before you receive your portal email.
